§1 General Provisions

The use of Lynxia.org is only possible for members of the official Discord server. The Discord Terms of Use apply. Deleting the Discord account or leaving the server may lead to loss of access to the platform.

During registration, the following data is stored: Discord name, Discord ID, email address, and provided name. This data is stored encrypted and is used exclusively for the operation of the platform. The provided name CANNOT be viewed by Lynxia admins and is only accessed during legal proceedings. The owner is the only person with access to the names.

§2 Content and Copyright

The platform serves exclusively for sharing SFW clips. Other content WILL BE removed without prior notice.

Users are obligated not to upload any content that violates rights. This includes particularly copyrighted works without corresponding permission.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these conditions or applicable law.

Lynxia understands itself as a non-political platform for entertainment. Content with a strong political focus may be moderated or removed.

§3 Account Conduct

Users are prohibited from selling or transferring their accounts. Each account is personal and non-transferable.

The username must not contain offensive, abusive, or misleading content. In case of violations, we reserve the right to change the username or suspend the account.

We reserve the right to delete user accounts that have been inactive for more than 3 months after a warning period of 14 days.
