License Grant

Lynxia grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Lynxia Screenshot application on your end devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Usage Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the software.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the software.
• Rent, lease, or commercially distribute the app.
• Remove or modify copyright notices, logos, or trademarks of the software.

Copyright and Ownership

All rights to the software, including copyrights, trademarks, logos, and source codes, remain exclusively with Lynxia and its developers. The software is licensed, not sold.

Updates and Network Services

The software performs an automatic check with Lynxia servers at startup to search for critical security and functionality updates. Installing these updates is mandatory to use the app.

Privacy

Use of the application is subject to Lynxia's privacy policy. The application processes data exclusively for the execution of core functions (creation and sharing of screenshots) as well as for providing system updates.

Disclaimer and Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". LYNXIA ASSUMES NO WARRANTY FOR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, ALWAYS AVAILABLE SERVICE, OR SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LIABILITY FOR DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, SYSTEM FAILURES, OR DATA LOSSES IS EXCLUDED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Final Provisions

If individual provisions of this agreement are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Access to User-Provided Data

During installation, Lynxia accesses the browser cookies of your default browser. This refers exclusively to the cookie on the lynxia.org page. It is needed to enable login in the Screenshot app.

Lynxia Privacy Policy Applies

By using the Lynxia Screenshot app, you accept the privacy policy prescribed by Lynxia.
