Community Guidelines
Introduction
Here you will find the community guidelines for using our platform. We ask you to read and follow them carefully. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to contact us.
The items listed here are strictly prohibited and will be punished!
1. Pornographic Content
All types of pornographic content are prohibited on the platform. This also includes child pornography, which will be reported to the police immediately. "Normal" pornographic content will be deleted from the platform and the user will receive a warning. In case of repeated violation, the account will be suspended.
2. Drug and Alcohol Consumption
Videos/clips in which alcohol or drugs are consumed are generally prohibited. Exceptions apply for adults (18+) when consuming alcohol or cannabis in moderation (this means the person must still be able to think clearly and be aware of their actions). Publishing videos with illegal drug consumption will result in the video being deleted and a warning issued to the user account. There is an absolute prohibition for minors. "Drinking games" or "Wet Kiffen" are generally prohibited, even for persons over 18.
3. Self-Harming Behavior or Suicide
Videos in which obvious self-harming behavior or suicide can be recognized will be immediately deleted from the platform. If the person is identified, this will also be reported to the police. The video will then be used as evidence. If wounds are visible in videos, this must be marked as a "Trigger Warning" during video upload.
4. Violation of Personality Rights
Every user has the right to request the deletion of clips in which pictures, audio, or video recordings of the person can be seen.
5. Violations of Lynxia Terms of Use
In cases of hate speech, discrimination, or other serious violations of the Terms of Use, immediate measures will be taken. The video will be deleted and the user's account will also be suspended. The Terms of Use take precedence!
6. Takedown Request
Every user has the opportunity to submit a takedown request. However, this must always be justified and cannot simply be filed if a clip is disliked. An example would be: Copyrighted content is visible or audible in the video.
7. Offensive or Harmful Content
Lynxia is a platform that is for everyone and does not allow clips in which persons or groups of persons are offended or humiliated. This also includes racism, sexism, homophobic, and transphobic content.
8. Extremist and Radical Content
All types of extremist or radical content (right-wing, left-wing, or religiously motivated) are prohibited on the platform. However, this does NOT include content that objectively informs about politics or critically discusses it.
9. Copyrighted Content
Clips with copyrighted content may not contain it for longer than 30 seconds in the clip. This includes image and audio recordings.
10. Age Restrictions
Clips must not contain any of these contents:
- Extreme violence depictions
- Disturbing or shocking scenes
- Strong/extremely vulgar language
- Risqué or suggestive content
Content that includes one or more of the listed items will be blocked by the platform.
11. Spam and Misleading Content
The following practices are not allowed:
- Mass uploads of similar clips
- Misleading titles or descriptions
- Artificial increase of views or likes
- Advertising for external services or products (Advertising must be labeled!)
12. AI Content
The following content is COMPLETELY prohibited on the platform:
- AI-created images
- AI-created videos
- AI-created music
The following content is only allowed on the platform with labeling:
- AI assistance for memes
- AI for creating montages

Consequences for Rule Violations
Each rule violation is treated differently. But here are some regulations we have regarding suspensions:

For every rule violation, the user receives an account warning. Depending on the severity of the violation, the warning can also be replaced by a ban.

Lynxia assumes no responsibility for content uploaded by users. Responsibility lies solely with the respective user. If you have questions or concerns about a specific clip, please contact support.
Changes to Guidelines
These guidelines can be updated at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes. It is the user's responsibility to regularly inform themselves about the current guidelines.
Reporting Violations
Users are obliged to report violations. There are the following possibilities:
- The "Report" button under every video (the red button)
- Reports via the support team
